Weekly Screen Time Total
Add up seven days of screen time into a weekly total and daily average — a quick way to see the bigger picture beyond daily numbers.
Daily screen time figures, the kind most phones now surface automatically, tend to be viewed in isolation — today's number compared to yesterday's — which makes it easy to lose sight of the cumulative weekly picture, especially since a handful of unusually high or low days can shift the overall pattern in a way that's hard to see just by scanning through seven separate daily totals.
Adding those daily numbers into a single weekly total and average reframes the same data in a way that's often more useful for actually noticing a trend: a daily average across the week smooths out day-to-day noise (a single unusually heavy day skewed by one long video call, for instance) and gives a steadier sense of the real baseline than any single day's number does on its own.
This tool handles that aggregation directly: enter each day's screen time for the week, and it calculates both the weekly total and the daily average — a quick way to get the bigger-picture number that most phone screen-time features show you daily but rarely total up automatically across a full week.
- Enter hours for each day.
- Press Add up.
- See your weekly total and daily average.
Most phones show this under Settings — Screen Time (iOS) or Digital Wellbeing (Android).
No — you enter the numbers yourself; this tool only does the weekly math.
